General Policies:

  • Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

  • Alcohol – We do not allow any alcohol on our grounds.

  • Smoking – We do not allow any smoking on our grounds.

  • WIFI – The guest WIFI network is Still-Guest. Group leaders can get the Wi-Fi code from the Host upon arrival. As we are in a remote location, the WIFI is not suitable for streaming or downloading and can be unreliable in certain locations around camp.

  • Sound & AV Equipment:

    • Video Equipment: All of our meeting rooms have TVs, with HDMI connections, appropriate to the size of the room.

    • Sound Equipment: Krahn, Columbia, Maple and Chapel meeting rooms have the following tech equipment. 2 microphones, 2 microphone stands, 2 DI boxes, 4 XLR Microphone cables, 2 ¼ in instrument cables, 2 multi-tap extension cords and 2 adapters (3.5 stereo mm to double ¼ in and double RCA to double ¼ inch).

    • Chapel AV System Details: If you book the Chapel, it is required that you book a meeting to use any of the equipment.

      • Main Mixer: The chapel uses a digital Behringer X32 Producer. It is connected to the stage with a digital snake. All connections have custom routings in the soundboard. As such you will need to supply a sound technician that is capable of programming the soundboard to your event needs. Stillwood does not normally have a dedicated sound technician available. Unless you have an experienced sound technician we suggest you use the Sub-Mixer. You do not have access to the Chapel Storage Room. If needing assistance please contact Guest Services.

      • Sub-Mixer - On the left-hand side of the stage there is a smaller analogue mixer that is much simpler to use. It is routed to the same main system as the main mixer. To use the Sub-Mixer, make sure you turn on the Main Mixer and un-mute channel 16. Stillwood does not normally have a dedicated sound technician available. You do not have access to the Chapel Storage Room. If needing assistance please contact Guest Services.

      • Instruments: All groups need to provide their own instruments. Stillwood does not supply any instruments and any instruments found on site can not be used as they are likely individually owned and not available for use.

      • Lighting: House lights are controlled from the mixing booth. There is a small white console inset into the mixing desk to control house white lighting. All other stage lighting is unavailable to guest groups.

  • Fire Pits – Please let the guest group coordinator know if you would like access to a fire pit. Fire pits are reserved on a first come first basis. There are also fire kits available to purchase for $20. Stillwood staff are not responsible for starting fires. Propane Firepits can be requested during a fire ban upon request.

  • First Aid - Guests must provide their own first aid personnel and first aid equipment. Stillwood’s insurance policy does not allow our first aid services to be extended to guest groups.

  • Electric Vehicle Chargers – Those with electric vehicles can have access to our brand new E.V. Chargers from the company Flo. They are not fast chargers. There are two of them are located at the back of the Gym (Red Barn) building behind the Main office building. If you have the Flo card you can pay it that way. If not, contact us in the office. Vehicle owners must bring their own plugs and adapters.
