Booking Basics

  • Groups are responsible for supplying their own bedding .In case a guest forgets or in case of emergency. We can provide linen packages.

    •Due to limited quantities we can only supply up to 10 linen packages per guest group.

    • Linen packages consist of a sheet set, comforter, pillow & towel.

    • Linen Package = $48/each

    • Cost – $113/night per cottage

    • 1 Room:

      • Downstairs – 3 twin bunk beds and 1 twin over double bunk

      • Upstairs – 4 twin beds

    • Occupancy

      • Maximum 13 persons, using 2 in the double bed.

      • Lower Beds Only = 8 singles

      • Upper and Lower Bunks = 12 Singles

  • Cost- $556/night

    • Each room has 1 twin bunk bed as well as a twin over double bunk.

    • Lower Beds Only = 16 singles

    • Upper and Lower Bunks = 31 Singles

  • Cost- $206/night

    • Lower room 1 Twin Bunk & 1 Double Bed

    • 4 Upper Rooms 1 Twin Bunk, 1 Double Bed, and 1 Single

    • Lower Beds Only = 14 singles

    • Upper and Lower Bunks = 19 Single

  • Cost- $77/room/night

    • 1 twin Bunk Bed and 1 Double Bed

    • Maximum 4 persons, using 2 in the double bed.

    • Lower Beds Only = 2 singles

    • Upper and Lower Bunks = 3 Singles

  • Cost- $283/floor/night

    • Rooms 1-4 (on both floors): 4 twin bunks, and 2 twin over double bunks

    • Room 5 (on both floors): 1 Twin over a double bunk bed.

    • Lower Beds Only = 25 singles

    • Upper and Lower Bunks = 50 Singles

    Sleeps 50 people per floor, 100 per building (2 floors)
