Activity Policy

We suggest that you break your participants into groups of 15 or less. Many of our activities can not handle more than 15 people per hour.

  • We facilitate activities during specific activity blocks to allow for transition time. The activity blocks are as follows:

    • 9:00am-10:00am

    • 10:30am-11:30am

    • 1:00pm-2:00pm

    • 2:30pm-3:30pm

    • 4:00pm-5:00pm

  • If you are booking an activity for a day it will consist of a maximum of 5 hours. Logistically it is not possible for us to do a single activity for more than 5 hours in one day.

  • The maximum number of participants for a day is 5 hours times the max number per hour the activity can accommodate. For example the zip line has a max of 25/hour, so in 1 day the most we can put though our zip line is 125 people.

  • Please be aware that dependent on the time of year all the activities may not be available. There is never a guarantee that we can provide that activity based on factors outside of our control like weather or staffing issues.

    • Rates: $450/per hour, $1800 for a 5-hour day.

    • Numbers: Can accommodate 25 people in one hour.

    • Instructors: All certified instructors included in the rate.

    • The Sky high course does not include the Zip Line. Due to logistics the zip line must be booked separately.

    • Rates: $450/per hour, $1800 for a 5-hour day.

    • Numbers: Can accommodate 25 people in one hour.

    • Instructors: All certified instructors included in the rate.

    • Rates: $250/ hour or $1000 for a 5-hour day.

    • Numbers: Can accommodate 10 people per hour, per instructor.

    • Instructors: 1 instructor included. Additional instructors are $45/hr.

    • Not available on Weekends or certain holidays.

    • Rates: $500/day.

    • We only rent out 8 Canoes for groups.

    • Due to BC Parks Policy, We are required to have someone supervise the Canoes at all times. We will drop off the Canoes at your scheduled time and pick them up afterwards. You would have to provide a staff member from your team to watch the Canoes at times and also unload and load the canoes as well. If you don't have a staff member to do that, we can provide a staff member to supervise the Canoes for $45/hr. As Canoes, are not a facilaite activity that we run.

    • This is a rental only no direction or supervision is provided. Groups must provide their own instructors & safety personnel. For a full program contact the Chilliwack Centre of Excellence Paddling club

    • Transportation to the lake is not included. Stillwood will transport boats and paddles.

    • Lifejackets are available to be picked up onsite before heading down to the lake.

    • Rates: $100/ hour or $400/day.

    • Numbers: Can accommodate 15 people per hour.

    • Instructors: 1 instructor included.

    • Rates: $200/hour or $800 for a 5-hour day.

    • Numbers: Can accommodate 8 people per hour per instructor.

    • Instructors: 1 instructor included. Additional instructors are $45/hour.

    • Rates: FREE

    • Numbers: Can accommodate 15 people per hour per instructor.

    • Instructors: $45/hour (if you want us to facilitate upon request)

    • Low Ropes is primarily a team building activity with Low Ropes elements invovlet. Sillwood instructors use the course to facilitate team building exercises.

    • Rates: $150/hour or $600/day;

    • Numbers: Can accommodate 40 people per Lifeguard;

    • Instructors: Groups must provide their own certified lifeguard(s). And must follow all swimming pool rules/ policies. Contact for Stillwood Lifeguard availability.

    • The pool is only available to book for guest groups in June and September.

    • Rates: $150/hour or $600/day.

      Numbers: Can accommodate 15 people per hour.

      Instructors: 1 instructor included.

    • Rates: $100/hour or $500/day.

    • Numbers: The room can handle about 10 persons playing games at one time.

    • Instructors: While a Stillwood supervisor is not required it is important that groups supervise activities in the space.

    • Our small games room (located in our barn building) has pingpong, pool, air hockey and Foosball tables to enjoy.

    • Rates: $125/hour or $550/day.

    • Numbers: Can accommodate over 500.

    • Instructors: While a Stillwood supervisor is not required it is important that groups supervise activities in the Gym.

    • Rates: The disc golf course is free to play. If you are reserving the entire course for a tournament the cost is $7/player.

    • Numbers: Can accommodate 72 people per round. 1 round takes about 2 hours.

    • Instructors: Stillwood instructors are not necessary for this activity, however your group should still be supervised by your own staff/volunteers.

    • Stillwood has very few discs to borrow, guests must provide their own discs.

    • Rates: FREE

    • Numbers: Depends on the activity. Our fields can accommodate thousands of individuals.

    • Instructors: Stillwood instructors are not necessary for this activity, however your group should still be supervised by your own staff/volunteers.

    • Stillwood has a limited number of balls that can be borrowed for these activities.

    • The Field cannot be booked as it is shared space for all onsite to use.

    • Rates: FREE

    • Numbers: No Limit

    • Instructors: Stillwood instructors are not necessary for this activity, however your group should have supervision while at this activity.

    • Stillwood Camp does not have access to Teapot Hill from our property due to damage from winter storms on B.C. Parks side of the property. We highly suggest starting at the proper trailhead.

    • Module Length: 2.5 hrs, includes 30min break. Note: only available in specific blocks of the day

    • Available Sept. 1st - Oct. 31st, and April 1st - June 15th (weather dependant)

    • The purpose of this module is to provide an overview of the local flora and fauna. We recommend this module for classrooms that aim to get students outside, without specific learning goals.

    • Module overview: This module will start with a a visit to our Outdoor Ed centre, including a tour of our taxidermy room (one of the only complete collections in BC). This is followed by a team building game, outdoor safety discussion, and nature hike. This module is led by our trained staff, who will explore the local plant life and it’s uses, as well as familiarise the students with the history of the Columbia Valley and Cultus Lake regions.
