BOOKING MANUAL

Meals:

  • Cooking for yourself- We can only allow groups to cook for themselves if they meet the following criteria: (1) if the group size is under 50 people, (2) If they book in November- February, (3) If they follow all Fraser Health Regulations and let us know who has Foodsafe to cook for their group. Cost: $550/day. Group book the entire Gym building.

  • Homecooked Foods- Due to Fraser Health Regulations and Foodsafe regulations. We cannot allow guest groups to bring food from home to Stillwood Camp from March-June and August- October. Group's can bring prepackaged foods from Grocery Stores and Takeout from Resturants.

  • Meal Times – Our meals are served at 8:00 am (breakfast), 12:00 pm (lunch) and 5:30 pm (dinner). Due to Fraser Health Regulations, we only can keep the food out for 45 minutes. Please make sure your entire group arrives on time for meals. We do not accommodate alternative meal times.

  • Dining Hall – All Stillwood meals will be served in our dining hall. Please ensure your group clears their table and places their dirty dishes in the black carts provided.

  • Dietary Restrictions – Our kitchen can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diets upon request. Your group leader must submit a list of dietary restrictions at least 2 weeks before the start of your event.

  • Evening Snack – Your evening snack will be available to be picked up in the dining hall lobby after dinner. Your snack will be labelled, on a cart, ready to bring to your meeting room. Please return the cart and tray back to the dining hall the following day.

  • Coffee Service – Coffee and tea is available in many of our meeting rooms. Additionally, free coffee service and coffee for purchase are available in the Ugly Mug (Formally Stillbucks), our onsite coffee shop.
