Fees

  • Your invoice has to be a minimum of $1,000 (this includes all the fees)

    • There are many costs associated with hosting guest groups overnight. The overnight base fee includes your grounds fees, administration fees, cleaning fees, utilities and 1 meeting space (based on your group size). The base fee is charged per person, per day.

    • Weekend Rate (Fri-Sun): $26/person/day

    • Weekday Rate (Mon-Thu): $21/person/day

    • Individual Meals

    • The meal price varies based on the size of your group. The larger your group, the more cost effective your meals.

    • Adult/Youth (13+)

      • 5-15: $26/meal

      • 16-34 : $24/meal

      • 35-74 : $21/meal

      • 75+ : $19/meal

    • Child (8-12)

      • 5-15: $24/meal

      • 16-34: $22/meal

      • 35-74 : $19/meal

      • 75+ : $17/meal

    • Children ages 0-7 are FREE for meals

    • Miscellaneous Foodservice Fees

    • Simple banquet: This is to use the entire dining hall as your meeting room and a meal. For example, decorate the dining hall as for a birthday = $27/meal

    • Coffee/Snack Break: If you are staying overnight this is included. For day use or extra breaks = $5/snack

    • Food Inflation Adjustment: We reserve the right to add our inflation costs on your final bill. As a non profit charity we do not profit from hosting your group. However we still need to cover our costs, therefore as we experience food inflation we pass it to our guests.

    • All activities, aside from the canoe rental, include the cost of instructors. Any additional instructors will cost $45/hr.

    • Grounds Fee, includes all unsupervised activities on site if you are here for the day only- $7/day

    • Swimming Pool = $150/hr, $600/day

    • Laser Tag = $150/hr, $600/day

    • Sky High = $450/hr, $1800/day

    • Zipline = $450/hr, $1800/day

    • Archery = $100/hr, $500/day

    • Canoe Rental = $500/day (Rental cost only)

    • Outdoor Climbing = $200/hr, $800/day

    • Climbing Tower = $250/hr, $1000/day

    • Outdoor Education Module = $16/student/module

    • Games Room = $100/hr, $500/day

    • Gym- $125/hr, $550/ day

    • Teambuilding/Low Ropes= $45/hr, $255/day

  • Accommodations

    • Linen Package = $47/each

    • Cottages = $110/each/night

    • Motel = $75/room/night

    • Dorm = $275/floor/night

    • Cedar/Hickory = $200/night

    • Balsam = $550/night

    Meeting Rooms 1 meeting room is included in base fees:

    • Small Additional Meeting Room = $55/hr, $275/day

    • Medium Additional Meeting Room = $85/hr, $375/day

    • Large Additional Meeting Room = $125/hr, $550/day

    • Outdoor Large Tent Rental = $1200

    • Additional Tables = $15/table

  • Day Groups are only booked 6 months in advance.

    Your invoice has to be a minimum of $500 (this includes all the fees)

    Nothing is included. You pay for the following: Basefee + Meals+ Meeting room, and any extra items i.e. activities.
