DAY CAMPS YOUTH GROUPS

Experience the Magic of Stillwood Day Camp!

Join us at Stillwood as a youth group for a service opportunity like no other! Students and leaders will serve during the day as day camp cabin leaders, growing and serving together. In the evenings, youth groups will have the opportunity to try activities, join in on games, and have community time. And best of all, the whole experience is free! DAY CAMP VOLUNTEERING DETAILS

A WEEK IN THE LIFE…
The Youth Groups arrive on Sunday at 3pm for an orientation, training, and to settle into accomodations. Monday morning, breakfast starts at 8am, followed by a meeting before kids arrive.

Our daily schedule will work around being outside the entire day. Every day starts with a welcome time and a warm-up game, the rest of the day is jam packed full of activities, team building, snacks, campfires and more!

  • MON-FRI 9:00am - KIDS Drop-Off

  • MON- FRI 4:00PM - KIDS Pickup

In the evening, youth groups have the time to themselves, with the option to do some activities, join in on games, or host their own worship and Bible studies. We use this time to support you in nurturing growth amongst your youth, and to foster a safe space for them to serve in ministry.

  • Please note that we will match youth groups up with an appropriate age group for their leaders.

    June 29-July 4, 2025 – Day Camp Week 1 (ages 6-10)

    July 6-11, 2025 – Day Camp Week 2 (ages 6-10)

    July 13-18, 2025 – Day Camp Week 3 (ages 6-10)

    July 20-25, 2025 - Day Camp Week 4 (ages 6-10)

    July 27-Aug 1, 2024 – Day Camp Week 5 (ages 6-10)

    Aug 3-8, 2025 – Day Camp Week 6 (ages 6-10)

    Aug 10-15, 2025 – Day Camp Week 7 (ages 6-10)

    • Youth groups should bring leaders with them, at a ratio of 1:8 of leaders to students. These leaders must provide constant supervision to the students.

    • Typically our student volunteers are 14-17, though we are open to younger ages for some weeks.

    • All food and accommodation is provided for the week, from Sunday dinner - Friday dinner.
