INDIVIDUAL TENT & CABIN RENTALS

The Cultus lake area has some world class camping options, Stillwood is no different with our year round & summer campsite programs. One of the most popular ways family enjoy Stillwood is by booking a walk-in tent site or cabin rental. Depending on the time of year activities may be available, but are never guaranteed.

Cabin Booking/ Campsite Details

All of our cabins are booked through the airbnb system. Availability and details are subject to change.

  • Facilated activity availability is always changing and based on operational and staffing factors. Supervised activities are rarely offered to individual rentals. If they are available notice will be given upon arrival.

    Stillwood’s grounds and unsupervised activities are always available (unless booked by a private event). These include Disc Golf, Hiking/Biking, Field games, and our playground.

    If supervised activities are available cabin rentals are given priority - tent sites may be given the opportunity to purchase activities depending on the season.

    • Airbnb costs are calculated via an algorithm on airbnb’s side. All pricing is on airbnb itself.

    • Tent site costs are $20/night

    • Stillwood does not provide meals for individual bookings.

    • Cabins only have a mini fridge and microwave. All other cooking supplies must be brought.

    • Fires are only allowed in designated shared fire pits. They can not be reserved for individual use.

    • Checkin times are subject to insurance restrictions based on children camp operations. No early checkin or late checkouts are possible.

    • 1 household per tent site.

    • Tent sites must stay in designated areas. All other areas have dedicated uses that must stay clear.

    • Foodservice options are not available to tent site guests

    • All tent sites are walk-in only.

  • Cabin availability depends on current operations. Usually Stillwood’s cottages are the only individual cabins rentals available. A list of availability can be found here: Click Here for our Airbnbs
