Are you ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure? Look no further than SHINE, the epic annual retreat designed exclusively for middle school students at Stillwood. At SHINE, you're in for a wild ride! There are wacky night games! Epic activities! Awesome people! Tasty food! Think of all the best parts of a week at camp, jammed-packed into a weekend. That’s SHINE!

Want to challenge yourself this weekend? Try our Sky High Adventure Course. Looking for a sport with a slower pace? We’ve got disc golf! Whether you’re looking for high energy events or low-key hangouts, SHINE has everything you need for a weekend to remember.

And here’s the best part! We’re all about helping people know Jesus, and SHINE is no exception! Join in on some epic worship with an incredible band, and listen in as an awe-inspiring speaker invites you to encounter the God that made it all. Spend time with your youth group, build lasting friendships, and join us as we seek God together this weekend.

Registration for SHINE 2026 opens on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 10am

  • Interested in bringing your youth group to SHINE?

    Space is limited. Please pre-register your group by contacting us at programs@stillwood.ca. This will confirm your group’s attendance and give us rough estimates on attendee numbers.

    If you want updates about future events and the earliest information for pre-registration, please contact us by email so we can add you to our email list.

  • • Sleeping Bag & Pillow

    • Warm Clothes (that can get dirty)

    • Closed-toed Shoes (multiple pairs)

    • Toiletries & Towel

    • Water Bottle

    • Lots of socks! (they get SOAKED in the rain)

    • Flashlight

    • Bible & Notebook

    • Wacky Team Colours Outfits!

    • Money (for General Store)

    • Completed med form (if bringing medication)

    Please DO NOT bring:

    • Valuables (Things you don’t want lost, broken, or stolen)

    • Food (we don’t want mice or for people to have allergic reactions)

    • Weapons, drugs, alcohol, or vaporizers.

  • Check In:

    • Friday, April 10th from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Gazebo.

    • Check with your youth group about if you need to meet somewhere beforehand.

    Concludes:

    • Sunday, April 12th at 1:30 pm

  • • Shine 2026: April 10-12, 2026

    • Cost: $158 +GST ($165.90 total) per student

    • Or try our Saturday-only “day-pass” option: $55 +GST ($57.75 total) per student

  • Attendee registration opens Thursday February 5, 2026 at 10 am and closes Monday, March 16, 2026 at 4pm.
