Come join our Youth Discipleship Program!
We are so excited that you are considering involvement in Stillwood’s Youth Discipleship Programs. We believe that all youth need and deserve the opportunities and encouragement to fulfill the design that God has created for them. YDP is exactly that. YDP provides the atmosphere and resources for youth aged 14-18 to discover more about themselves and who God has created them to be. With a mixture of work experience, Water-Wednesdays, and leadership training, it is our hope that through this program youth will develop the skills and abilities to grow into adulthood with confidence.
Stage 1: Explore
A 1-week experience for ages 14+
Explore is our taste-test. During this week-long experience, participants get a sample of what serving at camp looks like! This stage focuses on building community and discipleship basics, while incorporating service and tons of fun! Participants in Explore will also complete a Fire Safety certificate during their experience.

Stage 2: Equip
A 3-week experience for ages 15+
Equip takes participants deeper into discipleship. Between service shifts, discipleship sessions, and fun activities, participants will develop good work habits, learn about Christ-like leadership, servanthood and identity, and continue to develop a thriving community. Participants in Equip will also complete a FoodSafe Level 1 certificate during their experience.

Stage 3: Empower
A 3-week experience for ages 16+
During Empower, participants will be given the opportunity to customize their experience, serving in an area of camp that they are passionate about. Discipleship sessions, leadership training and community building will continue alongside a week of shadowing in their chosen area. Through this experience, participants will grow in their personal, unique giftings and discuss how to transfer their camp experience, and their faith, into the world. Participants in Empower will also complete an Emergency First Aid certificate during their experience.
