We appreciate your participation in Stillwood 's Work-B. It brings us great joy to have you on board as a member of our team for this event. Please kindly fill out this form so that we are prepared for you and cover our insurance requirements.

* For those of you who are interested, several will be playing a round of disc golf at 2pm. Many from the Chilliwack Disc golf community will be around to show you the game.

We kindly request that you come prepared with your own personal protective gear for the event. For example: gloves, eyewear, and boots. Specifically, we suggest that all attendees bring gardening gloves or light landscaping gloves for this day.

We work hard to have gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan food options for every meal. Individuals with specific food preferences/allergies outside of these three options will be given a separate place to store food, but our food staff can not be involved in preparing outside food because of health regulations.
