LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

As if Stillwood didn’t offer enough fun and games, there are many diversions in the neighbourhood. The Cultus Lake area, in particular, offers plenty of activities within a couple of minutes drive of the Camp and Conference Centre. Simply walking or hiking one of the many routes or trails, is a great way to get to know someone – yourself included. In the vicinity of Stillwood, you will find gas, restaurants, and ice cream, as well as:

Cultus Lake Waterpark

Cultus Lake Water Park boasts the wildest water slides, including the ‘Valley of Fear’ and speed slides. Other activities are available, including a kids’ splash-park. Both the daring and faint of heart can cool off here.

Cultus Lake

Peaceful Cultus Lake offers all your favourite water sports, like canoeing and tubing, as well as swimming and fishing. This is where our Waterfront Program is held. (Within 5 minutes drive of the camp.)

Tap-Ins & Cultus Lake Golf Club

If you’re looking for a fine putting course, Tap-Ins is your place. It offers four acres of creatively-contoured natural greens and rough, integrated with rock, sand, and water. Tee off and meander against a spectacular backdrop of mountains. If you’re looking for a classic 4000 yard 18 hole executive golf course, Cultus Lake Golf Club is your place. Immersed in the majestic valley scenery, Cultus Lake Golf Club offers an unforgettable golf and viewing experience.

Giggle Ridge & Cultus Lake Theme Park

If you like your putting with a lot of laughter, Giggle Ridge is the adventure golf theme park for you. Mini-golf around an abandoned logging train. Cultus Lake Adventure Park has award-winning craftsmanship and one-of-a-kind rides and attractions. Bike rentals are even available here.

Hiking

Get lost (not literally)! Miles and miles of gorgeous provincial park hiking trails, are situated immediately adjacent to the camp. A short drive can also get you to popular trails like Seven Sisters, Teapot and Lindeman Lake.

Vedder River
Vedder River

A quick drive from Cultus Lake is the Vedder River. It boasts an 8km walk along the scenic river, multiple playgrounds and the Blue Heron Reserve. It’s a beautiful place to visit for any age or size of group.

Othello Tunnels
Chilliwack Lake, Bridal Veil Falls and More!

Chilliwack is nestled in the middle of the most beautiful land the Fraser Valley has to offer. If you’re willing to make a bit more of a journey you’ll find yourself in places like Chilliwack Lake, Bridal Veil Falls, the Othello Tunnels and Harrison Hot Springs. All of these locations are within an hour drive of Stillwood.
