Covid-19 had changed the way that we can host groups. To ensure everyone’s safety, it is important that we limit the number of guests, and that all visitors keep their distance from one another. An outstanding fresh-air location, world-class dining, hundreds of hikes and walks, the pool and hot tub, comfortable to luxurious accommodations, the opportunity to build relationships and teams, and ‘breathing space.’ It has been our privilege, here at Stillwood, to spend a few decades learning what makes a camp or retreat significant to life-changing. In developing these characteristics, we have become a popular destination, with fully-booked camps year after year. It would be our pleasure to help create a meaningful and memorable time for you and your group.

Activities

Upon arrival, families choose from a variety of activities which they would like to do together. Throughout the rest of the camp there are scheduled times where activities are open to visit on your own leisure for both parents alone and families together.

Want to be in a cabin with another family?

You may request another family as cabin mates. To ensure all our families have an enjoyable week, we need to have both families request each other to be in the same cabin. Our registrar will do her best to accommodate your cabin mate request. Requests must be made three weeks prior to the start of Single Parents Family Camp.

Check-In and Departure

Check-in is on Sunday starting at 4:00 pm in our Gazebo. Departure is on Tuesday at roughly 6:30 pm following dinner.

Cancellation Policy

Families unable to attend a session will receive a refund, less an administrative fee of $70 plus applicable taxes, provided our office is notified four weeks before the start of this camp. Your deposit or any payments made towards your family’s camp fees cannot be applied to ANY other registrations. Another family may not be substituted in place of a cancelled spot. We regret that barring any mishap or illness, no refunds can be made after this time.

  • Adult $160 (tax exempt)
  • Child 8-16 $130 (tax exempt)
  • Child 3-7 $80 (tax exempt)
