An Important note before you register for YDP
As you prepare for an incredible summer adventure, we wanted to take some time to share some insight into how we price a week of summer camp. Our youth discipleship programs take an incredible amount of time and financial resources to run. We understand that this can make our discipleship programs expensive to attend. What you see as a regular cost of our program has already been subsidized 40%-60%.
One week of our youth discipleship program costs us $990 per student to attend. As a nonprofit charity it is our mission to have as many enjoy our programs as possible so we work to keep the price accessible for all. To allow as many as possible to attend our programs we run fundraisers and other community operations. We know that each person has a different ability to afford the cost of camp. For that reason we are now offering three different levels of subsidy.
- 0% subsidy – this price represents the full cost of a camper and no fundraising is necessary.
- 35% subsidy – This price accounts for 65% of the actual cost of camp. To use this code type in the code 35% at checkout
- 55% subsidy – This price accounts for 45% of the actual cost of camp. To use this code type in the code 55% at checkout
- Early Bird subsidy – An additional subsidy for persons that register before April 1st. To use this code type in the code EARLYydp at checkout.
At the end of registration, you will have the opportunity to add in a discount code to reduce the cost of camp by 35%-55%. The cost of the YDP program is up to you. We also understand that, in some extreme cases, additional subsidies are needed. You can access our subsidy grant applications here.
