Blast into summer with heart-pounding fun. At Stillwood, you can expect to discover valuable new friendships, adrenalin-pumping activities, and long-lasting memories.
Campers have options to participate in the following: zipline, high ropes, pool, climbing tower, outdoor wall, archery, crafts or Stillwood survival, low ropes, frisbee golf, field or gym games, skateboarding or floor hockey, mountain biking and waterfront activities. All activities are led by competent instructors, and water activities are supervised by fully qualified lifesavers.
We strive for excellence in program, facilities, leadership, staff, health and safety. A full-time nurse is on site during the week, and emergency medical services are nearby. Our accreditation by the BC Camping Association, Fellowship of Christian Camps and Christian Camps International assures you the quality and safety of our programs. Stillwood is a Canadian Camping Association “Award of Excellence” recipient.
So what are you waiting for? Let’s get this party started.
2019 Registrations will be made available on January 9th. In the upcoming months more information will be pasted here about our 2019 camps.
You may request one other camper as a cabin mate. To ensure all our campers have an enjoyable week, we need to have both campers request each other to be in the same cabin. Our registrar will do her best to accommodate your cabin mate request. Requests must be made three weeks prior to the registrant’s week at camp.
For the safety of all children, we have a check-in and check-out system. Parents /guardians will receive a number at the time of check-in, which they will need to return to our check-out staff as they depart from camp with their camper. Early pick-up is strongly discouraged as it has a significantly negative effect on our program. Please plan your summer schedule accordingly. In the event of an emergency, please phone the camp during office hours. In case of a true emergency outside of office hours, you may call the emergency number provided by our answering service. You will be given a pick-up time that will be least disruptive to our program and/or appropriate to the emergency situation.
Campers unable to attend a session will receive a refund, less an administrative fee of $70 plus applicable taxes, provided our office is notified by Friday, four weeks before the start of their camp. Your deposit or any payments made towards their camp fees cannot be applied to ANY other registrations. Another camper may not be substituted in place of a cancelled spot. We regret that barring any mishap or illness, no refunds can be made after this time.
Check back soon for more information on our camp video and media offerings.
Check back soon for 2019 drop-off and pickup information. There may be some changes to these for the 2019 season.
Stillwood is pleased to be working with the Fraser Valley Autism Society to offer an enriching program for disabled children.
After a screening process is completed we will determine where your child will best fit into our program. High functioning children will be placed into our regular cabins while children with more specialized needs will be able to join in one of the cabins we will have set aside especially for this purpose.
*If your camper requires one-on-one care or support, this is the responsibility of the parent. Please call or email for further details.
Camp age groups are determined by the age of the child as of Dec 31 of the year of the camp you’re registering for.
Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $70 plus applicable taxes (prior to cancellation deadlines).
