Fill out the online application. This can be done by selecting the “Apply Online” button and creating a CampBrain account. Once that has been done, select “New Staff Application” and follow the instructions. For more information on the different summer staff positions, select the “Summer Staff” button.

You will be required to complete a criminal record check. The process we use is free and easy. 

1. Go To https://justice.gov.bc.ca/criminalrecordcheck
2. Use Stillwood’s Access Code: 3GU5XQA6X6
3. Log into or setup your mobile BC Services Card.
4. Follow the steps to complete the record check
5. TAKE A SCREENSHOT of your record check submission and email it to info@stillwood.ca to prove the record is in process.

Please note that applications will not be processed until all three references have submitted their forms and you have started the criminal record check process.

Applicants can expect to be contacted within two weeks of receipt of application to arrange for a personal interview.

Applicants may be contacted with our decision up to three weeks after they have conducted an interview.

Successful applicants will receive an offer of acceptance by email. They will then be required to follow through with each step outlined in their “welcome package” before they can officially start their role.

NOTE: Youth Discipleship applicants have their own specific application form. Please do not fill out a staff application if you are intending to do YDP.

You will be required to send reference forms to three references, a teacher or employer, a pastor or spiritual mentor and an adult friend. The form will be provided upon completion of your application.

1. Read, sign and return a Voluntary Service Agreement included in the offer of acceptance email.
2. Provide copies of relevant certifications (NLS, First Aid, PCOP, etc)
3. Complete a medical form.
4. Complete the online training modules provided.
5. Attend a high ropes training weekend (various weekends are available) and Staff Camp (June 26-July 8).
